A Study on the Understanding of the Transferring to Nursing Unit in the General Hospital

Abstract
|

|
The purpose of the study was determine on the problems concerned with transferring to nursing unit in the general hospital.
The result will contribute to provide the department of nursing service the basic materials necessary for efficient manpower management.
101 nurses from K. Univ. Hasp. in Seoul was sampled by Questionnaires from October 7, 1996 to October 17, 1996.
Analysis of data was measured by means of percentage, ANOVA. The result are as follows ;
1. The understanding of the transferring in the general characters has shown a meaningful differences in educational level(F-value 7.31).
2. The understanding of transferring has shown no meaningful difference in nursing unit, age, position.
To prevent the nurses from the moral depression caused by the transferring to nursing unit, the preplanning on the schedule manners and careful procedures should be reflected as maximum as possible.
